People come to analysis for many reasons. They may be struggling with something in their lives or relationships, going through a period of change or uncertainty, or finding themselves returning to questions that have become difficult to ignore. Sometimes there is no clearly defined problem, only a sense that something needs attention.
Jungian Analysis is an evolving and continuing process. The work develops through the particular person, their life, and what emerges over time. All analyses are unique because all individuals are unique.
Dreams are an important part of Jungian Analysis. You may be asked to keep a record of your dreams and bring them to sessions. Remembering dreams is not necessary for the work to proceed.
